Hi there.

I’m a Product Designer with 12+ years of experience designing complex, user-centered solutions across web and desktop platforms. I bring together UX strategy, research, system thinking, and visual clarity to craft interfaces that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Over the years, I’ve led the design of internal platforms, B2B tools, cloud apps, data dashboards, signal processing software, and game localization systems – always focusing on delivering value through clear interaction flows and accessible design. I specialize in early-stage UX audits, product discovery, research synthesis, and transforming insights into interactive prototypes ready for implementation.

My experience spans international consultancy and R&D environments (including Sii Poland, Rockwell Automation, Lionbridge Games, Transition Technologies), where I worked closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to align design decisions with measurable impact.

My approach is rooted in empathy, structure, and iteration – I treat design as a collaborative process that bridges user needs and product outcomes. Whether refining an existing interface or helping define a new product direction, I focus on clarity, delivery, and consistency across the product lifecycle.

05.2024 – NOw | Sii Poland | Senior UI/UX designer
At Sii, I support global enterprise clients by designing high-impact internal platforms and B2B applications in data-driven and compliance-heavy environments. I lead design work from discovery to delivery — shaping user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with product strategy.

I actively collaborated with Product Owners and BAs to refine backlogs, eliminate low-value features, and prioritize MVP scope based on user research. My work directly contributed to reducing feature bloat and streamlining modular flows in complex application ecosystems.

Key contributions:
  • Conducted user interviews that led to eliminating redundant functionality, saving ~20% of development time
  • Designed micro-interactions that improved task completion and data accuracy in high-stakes workflows
  • Led internal UX onboarding for non-design teams, improving cross-functional alignment
  • Balanced design intent with CMS and implementation constraints through close dev collaboration
  • Provided strategic feedback to internal teams around project scoping, onboarding, and team matching
Beyond the project work, I designed research plans, recruited and moderated sessions, and synthesized findings into actionable UX reports. I mapped IA, clarified flows, and contributed to clearer product direction through workshops and team mentoring.

My role evolved beyond design delivery — I supported product thinking, advocated for iterative experimentation, and built bridges between disciplines. I see design as a driver of clarity and decision-making, helping organizations move faster with more confidence.
02.2023 – 01.2024 | Rockwell Automation | UI/UX designer
At Rockwell Automation, I collaborated on three product initiatives aimed at improving internal platforms used in industrial operations. My work spanned from UX audits to final delivery, including research, prototyping, user testing, and developer handoff.

I started each project with a UX audit, identifying usability issues and presenting actionable insights to the Product Owner. Based on those insights, I helped define user personas, flows, and journey maps, which served as a foundation for new feature proposals and redesigns.

Key contributions:
  • Led early discovery workshops and conducted competitive analysis, shaping early-stage hypotheses for new features.
  • Collaborated with PO and devs to refine backlog stories, ensuring technical feasibility and clarity of implementation.
  • Designed user interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma, contributing to a scalable design system and documentation update.
  • Conducted usability testing, iterated based on findings, and supported implementation QA to maintain visual and interaction fidelity.
  • Provided ongoing feedback and collaboration across dev, QA, and support teams to improve communication and app stability.
  • Advocated for user-centric priorities by aligning feature requests with user needs and business goals.

Tools & stack: Figma, Confluence, Jira, internal documentation systems
Approach: From audit to iteration – working in cycles of research, validation, and delivery.
Impact: Improved interface consistency across 3 products, reduced redundant feature backlog, and introduced a more structured user research loop.
11.2021 – 01.2023 | Lionbridge Games | UI/UX designer
At Lionbridge Games R&D, I collaborated with international teams to redesign and enhance internal and external tools used in game localization and testing workflows. I worked on three products across web and desktop platforms, navigating cross-platform UX challenges and contributing to the company’s global design system.

My engagement began with a UX audit — identifying usability gaps and collecting qualitative feedback from end users and R&D stakeholders. I built user personas, mapped journeys and flows, and led redesign efforts that were validated and approved by Product Owners.

Key contributions:
  • Created high-fidelity designs in Figma aligned with corporate branding and design system guidelines
  • Designed platform-specific interfaces (web + desktop), adapting interaction models to fit user expectations and tech constraints
  • Collaborated with dev teams to write and refine user stories, ensuring accurate implementation and behavior
  • Introduced iterative design cycles based on ongoing feedback loops with testers and users
  • Translated business and technical requirements into clear UX/UI design goals, balancing priorities and timelines
Approach: Audit → Research → Design → Implementation support
Tools: Figma, internal R&D tools, Jira, stakeholder interviews
Impact: Improved user satisfaction (measured via internal survey) and reduced support requests for one of the core internal tools by streamlining the workflow.
01.2021 – 11.2021 | Smart Agency Marcin Skrobala |
graphic & UI/UX designe
In this dual role, I supported both branding and product development initiatives for B2B clients. While I worked on a wide variety of visual design deliverables (packaging, web, social), my key focus was providing UX/UI consulting for enterprise applications in cooperation with Transition Technologies.

As part of short-term engagements (4 web applications), I:
  • Conducted UX audits and prepared design recommendations tailored to technical and business constraints
  • Designed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, addressing client-specific operational challenges
  • Facilitated alignment between business goals and development capabilities, ensuring smoother handoff and implementation
  • Helped developers during front-end implementation by reviewing builds and providing annotated feedback
  • Supported post-delivery review and iteration cycles after stakeholder sign-off
My work resulted in faster validation cycles, clearer requirements, and improved stakeholder satisfaction. Clients appreciated my ability to translate abstract needs into tangible, tested solutions – especially under tight timeframes.
Tools: Figma, Adobe CC, Dev handoff tools, stakeholder interviews, Jira
Scope: From discovery and ideation to implementation support on rapid-release B2B tools.
09.2017 – 09.2020 | SDL Poland Sp. z o.o. | DTP Specialist
I worked at SDL as a DTP specialist, and I also was in charge of OCR (restoration of a scanned / uneditable document). Quality control by checking the documents against the output document.
File analysis for localization. I have chosen appropriate translation processes and tools.

07.2015 – 08.2017 | MMP Neupack Polska | Graphic Designer
In turn, work at MMP Neupack (packaging printing house) strengthened my knowledge of preparing projects for printing and contacting the printing house.
02.2014 – 06.2015 | PARK 22 | IT Specialist- SEO, brand & UX/UI design
80% SEO and 20% of graphics
Thanks to analytical thinking, a very good work organization, and the searched for new promotional solutions, my clients, after a month of positioning, were in the top ten of the GOOGLE search results. The work was mainly about positioning. Sometimes, if there was such a need, I designed a brand, DTP, or websites.
I was responsible for:
- Links entries to SEO directories.
- Placing ads on portals for obtaining external links.
- Writing ads saturated with keywords.
- Writing texts for the SeoLight.
- Website code optimization.
- Writing long texts (2500 characters) for home pages. At that time the GOOGLE search engine required links to subpages from the home page. I wrote texts not only for positioning but also to promote the company. I used the acquired knowledge for this from the literature of marketing.
- Creating accounts on YouTube. I put links on the cover and designed graphics. I edited advanced SEO settings. I compliment the channel with both links to the client's websites containing keywords and unique content of the company's offer.
- SEO content analysis of clients' websites.
- Making videos for customers with keywords in the title. Mainly simple animations in After Effects containing the company's offer of SEO keyword.
- Running a fan page on FB, google plus, and other social media. Everything for SEO - user-oriented. It consisted of placing information about the company's offer using keywords. Also, I designed a graphics for social media.
- Setting up social groups on google plus containing keywords. I published thematic posts there.
I had 10-15 clients.

07.2009 – 12.2009 | POLI-FAX | Graphic Designer
As I used my general knowledge and practical skills, I realized that I have developed them accordingly; a big thanks to my fruitful experience at the POLI-FAX agency. I have gained the right skills when it came to contacting and interacting with clients. I also participated in the entire customer service process from accepting the order, through recognizing customer preferences, to closing the transaction. I mainly ran projects that were going to be printed. Nevertheless, if the situation warranted it, I would take my camera and take photos of the products; the photos were needed to showcase what the agency can offer; I also published them on the company's website.
10.2008 – 03.2009 | SVP Studio | brand & UX/UI design
I have worked as a graphic designer in SVP studio and took my IT studies at the same time. When I worked in the SVP studio, I have learned how to design the brand, then send it to print in form of flyers or calendars. I have obtained a good knowledge of CSS.  However, I have always been interested in computer animation; I made simple animations/ presentations in flash technology (swish program, today Adobe Animate program). In the following years of my professional practice and career.

What can I say more about me?

Alongside my career in UX and product design, I run my own digital art shop where I create and sell abstract, symbolic works in printable and collectible formats. Building this store allowed me to merge design expertise with entrepreneurship — from concept and creation to branding, packaging, and customer experience.

This initiative reflects my passion for art, calligraphy, and visual storytelling, while also sharpening my skills in SEO, e-commerce, and digital product strategy.

And yes — I’m still a dog person. 🐾
