SignalSphere Technologies is a web application dedicated to to various aspects of industrial technology and applications, encompassing data collection, internet media security, signal processing, system parameterization, as well as remote monitoring and management of vehicles or other devices.
Challenges
The previous designer did not meet the client's expectations and left the PowerPoint file. The file describe and shows app mockup. I was unable to conduct research or conduct usability evaluations. Also, the project collects a lot of data and because of technology I had to design popup's.
What I did instead?
I do my best to build a solid connection with client. I worked with two developers. I set up meetings and asked detailed questions to ensure that I was doing my best.

Each employee will have created an account through the administrator.
Menu
It is necessary a lot of space for tables. That is the reason I designed two menus. Both have a different function.
Top menu
Top menu is dedicated for acronyms. Each tab has dedicated search panel.
Acronyms
- CDCT: Continuous Data Collection and Transfer - CDCT refers to the ongoing process of gathering and transmitting data either in real-time or at regular intervals. In industrial contexts, CDCT systems enable the continuous monitoring of various parameters, facilitating timely decision-making and analysis.
- SMiT: technology related to the security of internet media.
- Signal: represents information transmitted between different devices or components within a system. Signals can convey various types of data, such as measurements, instructions, alerts, etc. In industrial applications, signals play a crucial role in controlling and monitoring processes.
- Parameter: refers to a variable or setting that defines the characteristics or behavior of a system, process, or device. Parameters can include factors such as speed, temperature, pressure, or any other properties that can be controlled or adjusted to optimize system performance.
- Telematics: involves the integration of telecommunications and informatics technologies for applications such as vehicle tracking, fleet management, and remote diagnostics. In industrial settings, telematics systems enable remote monitoring, management, and communication with vehicles or other equipment, improving operational efficiency and safety.

The user can choose which variant of the menu they wish to use.

You can sync your mailbox with an employee's mailbox. Home page has short view. It can be set up by the user at Manage account.
Another useful funcionality is save search. Also the user can edit description, see full table and delete.

As you can see third menu is shows up with extra buttons like:
- New - create new message
- View entire message - is disabled until the user will choose the row
- Save search
- Send search

As you can see, there are a few screens present. The pattern repeats, but the project is quite complex and has many features.
